Yagoona midfielder Aleksander Trpkoski has signed a new one-year contract that will him at O'neill for the remainder of the 2012 season.
The experienced midfielder which saw him compete at the highest level in NSW for over a decaded told YLFC.com
"I am glad to be back, "My only thoughts have been on this jersey and my only desire was to remain here. "I am certain that with our fans' support we can achieve many joys in 2012"
Trpkoski was intrsumental in the Lions 2011 campaign collecting the man of the match in the grand final.

Yagoona attacker Daniel Nastoski has urged his team-mates to treat each game as a final if it is to win the League this season.
Nastoski who has been at Yagona for a number of seasons, has already found the net in 2012 spoke to YLFC.com and said
"Each game is a final and we have to be aware that we can also slip at any time. We saw this with North Bankstown - we are the defending champions and teams want to beat us not just for three points but also bragging rights"
Nastoski brings a wealth of experience to Yagoona having spent time at Rockdale City Suns.
Head coach, Robert Andonovski has expressd his satisfaction with the positive culture that has developed at Yagoona.
Since taking over as head coach in the 2011 summer Andonovski has reflected with his experience in his new role to YLFC.com
" It has not been easy task, I had to prepare a team in under four weeks for the MASO CUP and with a rain affected pre-season I had limited training, but the squad has showed its true professionalism and have been equal to any task throw at them"
Andonovski praised the clubs culture describing it as a "family away from home" which he feels can only improve over the season.
